Oct 27: See our post on the status with tariffs and order shipping to the USA here.
Oct 27: The Canada Post labour situation seems closer to resolution now. The Canadian government has stepped in and is siding with Canada Post in its efforts to transform the post office to better suit the reality of today. The union has shifted from a full national strike to rotating strikes. We expect Canada Post to resume relatively normal service as the details of a new agreement with the union get finalized. We have turned on postal shipping again for all destinations except the USA.
Postal shipments to the USA are not feasible right now as they incur heavy pre-paid duties, especially on steel derivative products like knives and there is no current option to invoke USMCA trade tariff exclusions on postal shipments.
